Finally, a 13 m² terrace rounds off the accommodation. Capable of accommodating an extra child, the sofa bed in the living room provides a third bed at night, before reverting to a sofa during the day, opposite a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a table, chairs, hob, microwave, sink and plenty of storage space. To ensure optimum comfort throughout the season, the studio is air-conditioned. A safe is also provided to safely store your personal belongings and valuables.

This area perfectly complements the interior and allows you to make the most of the Corsican sun. The studio's terrace emerges as a real bubble of wellness.
Enclosed by low walls and plants, it offers a very intimate private space in which to recharge your batteries at any time of day.
Garden furniture is at your disposal to enjoy an aperitif or meal outside, or simply enjoy a moment together in the fresh air.
The terrace is also equipped with awning, which can be deployed if you prefer to relax in the shade.
